  STAR PICTURE

The idea for this Pontins Bluecoat website came about as a result of a very special weekend that I (Paddy Kane) had the privilege to attend in October 06. A "get together" of ex Camber Sands Blues to surprise our then Entertainments Manager - Jeff Ree  upon his retirement after 34 years at Pontins. . . . here's the review of that fabulous weekend.

It was because of this event and after chatting with Jeannie & David Crowhurst together with Paul Webb, the idea for this site came about.   (Domain registered 29/10/06)

  Our Mission - Not Impossible:

>> thanks to Jeff Ree for the picture.

To list all Past & Present Pontin's sites, together with the full names of all

The Bluecoats for each season that the camp was in operation, including

Entertainment Managers, Assistant Entertainments Managers, Chief Hosts

    / Bluecoats etc.
.

. . an enormous task to undertake - but with YOUR HELP - We can do it !

Special thanks to all those of you who have sent pictures for this website: David & Jeannie Crowhurst, Paulette Adshead, Colin & Jeannie Aitchison, John Sharples,
